Quite blogger.. NO more!!

I have been so quite on my blog for the past few months, so I thought I would share with you what I have been up to over the past few months, well I won’t tell you everything otherwise this would be a very long blog post!!!

I have been to Dubai, partied with the girls, ran the race for life, partied again, and again oh and booked a holiday to Marrakech (I CANNOT WAIT!)

Here are a few pics from all the fun things I have been up to.. of course wearing different outfits to everything 😉

Firstly, the most exciting trip – I went to Dubai with one of my best friends (yes it was about the 6th time!!) but I love it there. I am wearing a very old Topshop dress that always comes out on holiday!

I ran the race for life with my little sister Alice, which was so lovely.

I then partied with the girls.. lots and lots!!

Here I am wearing a white dress from River Island (I can only wear this when I am tanned!!)

Here I am wearing a beauty from Miss Selfridge!

Last weekend was such beautiful weather me and my 2 bestfriends partied in the park.. well not quite partied but drank lots and it did feel like a bit of a party! I am wearing a playsuit from LOVE (Topshop)

More posts to come.. I have stopped being a quiet blogger now 😉

There have been birthdays, celebrations, and just in general lots of nights out – which means lots of shopping, as you have to have a new dress for each occasion right?!

Here are a few photos to share..

This was for my best friends birthday.. Dress is from ASOS

Bad piccy!! But this was when all my friends from Birmingham went to Liverpool (amazing night out!) Dress is again from ASOS

Cirque du soleil

A few weeks ago I went to see Cirque du soleil at the stunning Royal Albert Hall and I had to blog about it, as it was such an amazing evening.

I can’t actually explain in words how amazing it was, you basically have to check out this video to see what I am talking about..

I wasn’t aloud to take pics, but I sneaked a few cheeky ones in!

The dancers were just incredible, the tricks they did were so impressive, every minuet I was jumping off my seat with excitement and constantly ‘wooing’ and clapping. There were times I would hold my breathe as the tricks were so dangerous you would feel they were going to hurt themselves (obviously they didn’t) But it is definitely a MUST SEE!!

No other show with compare to this.. get your tickets now

Barrior Central Review

Thursday nights are the new Friday nights…so my bessie and I went for dinner and cocktails at Barrio Central! As soon as I walked in, the place was buzzing with quite a ‘party like’ atmosphere; it was 7.45 on a Thursday night and it felt like everyone was preparing for the weekend!
The waitress was very attentive; as soon as I walked in she asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered a bottle of white wine off the discount menu, which meant we got £5 off (always a plus before pay day!!)

If you are feeling a few cocktails on a week night definitely head to Barrio Central, as they do a discount on them between 3pm – 8pm, Monday to Friday. The cocktail menu consisted of some pretty unusual cocktails… Ram Berry Jam (Fizzy citrus spritzer with Finlandia Grapefruit and raspberry Jam) and Gingerbread Colada (Appleton VX and Koko Kanu rums with pineapple and coconut) I was pretty impressed with the bartenders making the orders so fast – throwing bottles everywhere!!

After a few glasses or wine, it was time for some much needed food. We ordered vegetarian quesadillas – soft flour tortillas filled with roasted seasonal vegetables & cheese, plantain & halloumi – grilled with roasted red peppers and served with fiery habanera salsa and finally Barrios Central’s famous nachos loaded with homemade guacamole pico de gallo, salsa verde, chipotle salsa, sour cream and delicious Monterey Jack cheese. I have to say the food went down perfectly with the wine. The nachos were my favourite, as the cheese just melted off them and the guacamole was to die for. For big eaters there was Carne Asada – tender spiced beef steak with freshly made Pico de Gallo and tomatillo salsa and Barrio Chicken Wings – spicy & succulent (which looked amazing!)

Throughout the whole evening the waitress made sure we had everything we wanted. I had a fabulous evening and we even had a little dance…

Thanks to the team at Soho Barrio Central

Firstly I wanted to say a Happy New Year to you all.. I can’t believe it is 2013!!

I have to say I started the New year with quite a bang! I was taken to Dubai as a surprise Christmas present, and I had the most amazing time (as you can probably tell by the pics below)

We sunbathed, drank cocktails, ate and slept.. that was pretty much it, but it was just the best way to start 2013!

We stayed at the beautiful Le Royal Meridien Hotel, every day we were treated to just spectacular views. I am already planning my next trip there..

#Wiredpopupstore

WIRED Pop-up store logo

For the first time in the UK, WIRED opened a concept Pop-Up Store for a six day period.
As the founding partner, Samsung unveiled their 75 inch ES9000 TV. At the Pop-Up store, it was also a space for customers to interact with the ground-breaking ideas, products and the writera of WIRED magazine and online.

I attend the launch event last Wednesday evening, and as soon as I walked in I was so very impressed.. it was so chic and ‘WIRED’ like!!

You can see for your self…

The pic in the middle is a little lamp, which is controlled by a big lamp in the London Office of WIRED (SO COOL)

We were also served some very yummy cocktails – Rum and ginger ale!! I also met the lovely Louise from Ohh La Lapin she also writes for Bitch Buzz and her partner Josh.

Thanks to Samsung and WIRED for an awesome evening.

Today is the last day.. so go check it out if you can!!
